Abstract:Accessing course information should be effortless, empowering students and faculty to focus on learning and teaching rather than searching for details. Our research introduces SyllabusHub, an innovative AI-powered chatbot that leverages Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to provide quick, accurate, and context-aware responses to syllabus-related queries. Whether it’s deadlines, exams, grading policies, or required materials, SyllabusHub delivers instant answers, making academic life smoother and more efficient.

With an evaluation across 150 course syllabi and 31 users, SyllabusHub achieved an outstanding accuracy rating of 4.87/5 and user satisfaction of 4.80/5, proving its ability to enhance educational accessibility and streamline information retrieval. This research showcases how cutting-edge AI can positively transform the learning experience, improve academic efficiency, and set a new standard for digital education tools.
